I’m Mahnaz, an Illustrator a User Experience Designer. From a young age, I was passionate about sketching and creating shapes from my surroundings.
I pursued my artistic dreams and earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. During my second year at university, I began teaching art to children and eventually established my own private art institute. My professional experience includes working as a graphic designer and illustrator for a magazine, acting in children’s puppet theater, exploring photography, illustrating seven children’s books, participating in numerous exhibitions, and serving as a judge for several children’s painting contests.
I moved to the United States a few years ago to explore new opportunities. In 2021, I transitioned into UX/UI design, driven by a passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. This field allows me to blend my artistic skills with user-centered design principles, ensuring that my work is both visually appealing and highly functional.
Currently, I work as a UX/UI designer and illustrator, continually expanding my knowledge and skills. I am also a member of the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles and the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).
